The Yoga 15 Relaxation series is the least physically demanding of the 5 core disciplines but it may well be the one you need the most. The workouts cycle through 4 phases that are designed to soothe your body and calm your mind.
TheYoga 15 Balance series is arguably the most challenging of all the 5 disciplines. The workouts require a skilful combination of alignment, strength and control, both in the sustained poses and in the smooth transition between postures.
The Yoga 15 Mobility workouts are based on a style of yoga called viñyāsa or flow in which we move through a continuous series of poses, synchronising breath and movement. The sequences are relatively fast-paced, making this one of the most advanced skills in the series.
The Yoga 15 Strength series is designed to build muscular strength and endurance in a strategic and balanced way. The videos cycle through upper body, lower body and core workouts that become increasingly difficult as you progress through the series.
The Yoga 15 Flexibility series is designed to increase your flexibility, improve your range of motion, take you out of habitual movement patterns and relieve joint and muscle pain. The routines get progressively more challenging throughout the series.
