BALANCE AND AGILITY – This sequence trains balance, coordination, agility and core strength to enhance physical and mental performance. Advanced.
 

ATHLETE
POST WORKOUT STRETCH – This sequence is designed for athletes to perform after a workout to improve joint mobility, increase flexibility and reduce the risk of injury. Intermediate.
 

ATHLETE
RECOVERY – This is a gentle sequence designed to give the muscles and joints a chance to repair and grow stronger. Beginner.
 

RUNNER
STRETCH – This sequence is designed for runners - especially those who suffer aches and pains caused by tight and inflexible muscles.  Intermediate.
 

RUNNER
PERFORMANCE – In this sequence, we'll focus on building strength in the upper body - especially the core, increasing joint mobility, improving balance and training efficient breathing patterns. Advanced.
 

SURFER
This sequence is designed to stretch tight muscles, increase joint mobility and improve range of motion. Intermediate.
  

CROSSFIT WOD
Practice this sequence after a workout or on rest days for safer movements,  speedier recovery and better performance results. Intermediate.
