The Yoga 15 Balance series requires a skilful combination of balance, strength and control in the the poses and in the transitions between postures. The routines get progressively more challenging throughout the series.  

Flexibility Series 🔥🔥🔥

The Yoga 15 Flexibility series is designed to increase your flexibility, improve your range of motion, take you out of habitual movement patterns and relieve pain.  The routines get progressively more challenging throughout the series. 

Mobility Challenge 🔥🔥🔥🔥

The Yoga 15 Mobility workouts are based on a style of yoga called viñyasa or flow. We move through a continuous series of poses, synchronising breath and movement. The routines increase in difficulty throughout the series. 

All-Rounder Series 🔥🔥🔥

The Yoga 15 All-Rounder series is a comprehensive program which cycles through all 5 disciplines: Flexibility, Strength, Mobility, Balance and Relaxation. The routines get progressively more challenging throughout the series. 

Strength Challenge 🔥🔥🔥

The Yoga 15 Strength series is designed to build strength and endurance in a strategic and balanced way. The videos cycle through upper body, lower body and core workouts. The routines get harder throughout the series.

Recovery Series 🔥🔥

The Yoga 15 Recovery series is the least physically demanding of the 5 skills. It incorporates breathing, stretching, gentle movement and meditation to soothe your body and calm your mind.
